Gina Gersh: How Much Sleep Do We Need? Sleep Hygiene Tips for Newborns to Adults

Gina Gersh is a Certified Pediatric Sleep Coach, Founder of Lulla By Gina Sleep Consulting and mom of four boys. She trained in the area of Pediatric Sleep, becoming certified through Sleep Sense, one of five programs recognized by the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants. As a Sleep Coach, Gina works one-on-one with families designing custom programs and supporting parents the whole way through, with unwavering guidance, education and a ton of motivation. We discuss the importance of sleep for the entire family and what sleep training looks like at every phase of child development. Gina also shared some of her own motherhood story, the impact of sleep on her mental health, and her experience in therapy.
