Shonda serves on the board of Shanthi Project, an education nonprofit providing evidence-based mindfulness services to children and adults. We discuss how Shonda’s personal motherhood journey is connected to what she does for other women and moms. We discuss mindfulness at length and Shonda gives us tangible examples of how to quickly and easily add more mindfulness to our daily lives.
