Today I’m joined by Dr. Holly Sawyer, the CEO and lead psychotherapist at her solo practice Life First Therapy and at Therapy Loft Collective, an online group practice. Dr. Holly is also an author, entrepreneur mindset coach, national mental health public speaker and college professor. Dr. Holly and I predominantly discuss self-care practices and strategies to prevent burnout. We talk about scheduling sex, self-medicating and addiction, microaggressions in the workplace, trauma, and how therapy is for everyone. Dr. Holly also shares with me a bit about her own motherhood journey.
